At Cardarelli’s Cakery, we strive to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we have the following refund and return policy:

No Returns or Refunds:
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in specific cases as outlined below. Please review our policy carefully:

  1. Undelivered Packages:
    If your package has not been delivered, please reach out to us. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders, and we will help track your parcel to confirm delivery status. In the rare case of a confirmed non-delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  2. Taste Preferences:
    We cannot offer refunds if you do not enjoy the taste of a product, as taste is subjective. We take great care in crafting our products, but personal preferences may vary.
  3. Damaged Items:
    If items arrive damaged, we do not offer refunds, as this does not impact the quality or edibility of the product. Rest assured, the deliciousness remains intact.
